You will be responsible for managing the whole training program from TNA to design, delivery and evaluation of all components of a training, competence and development programme - including product, process, technology, coaching, sales tools, sales and leadership skills. Responsibilities will include:

·Work with the other members of the Training and Development Team to design and deliver an effective sales induction
·Work closely with the respective sales leadership teams responsible for performance and development of the individuals within their teams to ensure that training solutions meet their needs, support their targets and lead to ongoing development.
·Deliver training plans for the sales leadership team with a particular focus on coaching, producing training materials where necessary (i.e. train the trainer)
·Ensure all training is in line with the Training and Competence scheme, is validated appropriately and documentation is kept up to date at all times and available for inspection by the FSA.
·Conduct classroom training as well as one to one coaching and feedback sessions both in the office and the field.

The suitable candidate will be CTP/CIPD qualified or equivalent and have proven Sales Training and Coaching experience. Experience of working within a targeted field sales or inbound/outbound sales environment is essential as is an understanding of FSA regulations. You will have excellent interpersonal and motivational skills and sound knowledge of Sales training techniques with a good level of product and system knowledge along with telephone and sales skills.

This role is on a national basis, which will include overnight stays and there will be frequent travel to either their Yorkshire or Hampshire offices and the package includes a company car, laptop and mobile phone.
