Client: Location: Salary: Training Co-ordinator – 12 month contract – £30k – London

This new role will be responsible for coordinating courses across Europe whilst also being responsible for some administration of eLearning globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Course Scheduling
  • Schedule participants for classroom based training courses held across Europe
  • Schedule trainers (both internal and external)
  • Book training rooms
  • Organise catering for classroom based training courses
  • Send course reminders and follow-up emails to participants in a timely fashion
  • Reschedule participants and / or trainers (internal and external) where necessary
  • Arrange printing of any course material and liaise with local HC Leads to distribute
  • Work with local conference services / audio visual teams to ensure equipment is set up before each training program

Reporting / Metrics

  • Send course evaluation sheets to participants post classroom based training
  • Collate evaluation data and report monthly (e.g. course effectiveness, attendance rates, drop-out rates)
  • Regularly update, maintain and publish European training calendar
  • Use Halogen Learning Management System (LMS) once deployed in Europe to create new learning events, schedule participants etc.

eLearning

  • Liaise with the local Human Capital leads across each geography on a fortnightly basis to obtain a list of new joiners and/or leavers
  • Send list to both eLearning providers fortnightly
  • Be the single point of contact for eLearning queries globally
  • Be the single point of contact for both eLearning providers

Vendor Management

  • Ensure prompt payment of invoices
  • Liaise directly with vendors to coordinate and confirm dates
  • Work with the firm’s Legal team to ensure all vendors have signed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), completed Training Services Agreements and Schedules of Work

Experience

  • Proven success in a similar role working in training and development
  • Experience in using a Learning Management System (preferably Halogen)
  • Experience with e-Learning products (preferably Intuition and SkillSoft)
  • Ideally worked in Professional services and / or Financial services
  • Previous vendor management experience would be an advantage
