Owing to FSA regulations the need has arisen within this highly regarded financial services company for a dedicated L&D Manager to focus on "Training and Competence" across the business. In administering the scheme, you will assist with the assessment of the competency of all FSA registered advisors and will develop generic job related development plans. You will design and implement various initiatives around the scheme and in so doing will develop strong relationships with managers across the business ensuring they are risk- aware.

Candidates for this role will hold a Diploma in Financial Planning or a CISI Diploma (or equivalent). A knowledge of, and experience in, designing and implementing a risk based suite of management information together with a minimum of five years experience in a Training & Competence role (Investment Management or Fee based Financial Planning environment) is required.
