As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will join our Recruitment sales department and work alongside other trainee’s and with more experienced Consultants, a Team Leader and then Divisional Manager who will all have proven recruitment and management experience. You will be aligned with one of our specialist divisions and on a day to day basis you will be responsible for building business relationships with companies across the UK and recruiting for them skilled professionals from within these sectors. In order to develop and become a successful Recruitment Consultant you will be trained to conduct research, generate leads and then importantly to approach organisations who potentially would recruit within your specialist market, you may then meet with these companies and you will certainly liaise with them on an ongoing basis over the telephone to better understand their business and establish how you can best assist them when they are recruiting.
