The Role You will work alongside JAMs best recruitment consultants who will train you on all aspects of the recruitment cycle. You will be learning how to attract candidates through advertising and headhunting, and how to qualify them in detail. Once you have more knowledge in the industry you will be calling previous clients and cold calling for new business in order to build your portfolio of roles to fill. It is necessary that you are able to build the strongest of rapports and relationships in order to gain repeat business and understand the needs of the client and candidate.
