Senior Sales Training Officer Leicestershire – £28K – £33K

A market and world leading organisation in Leicestershire are now looking to appoint 1 or 2 experienced Sales Trainers to join an established function supporting the development of around 250 sales staff and Managers within a Division of the overall sales function.

Working closely with the Sales Managers and the Sales Training Manager, you will support the sales teams to ensure that they maximise on current customers and accounts and also have the ability and skills needed to generate new business.

You will need to be a confident and enthusiastic individual able to inspire and energise the population. You will already understand the environment of your delegate base with a strong direct sales background yourself and will confirm this credibility with additional demonstrable sales training experience.

Although part of a team you will also have the ability to work autonomously. You will need to understand the sales process and be able to effectively train this as well as having a strong commercial and corporate acumen.
