Client: Location: Salary: Call Centre Trainer – HampshireOur client, an international FTSE 100 BPO have an opening for a talented Business Trainer to join their existing team within their Insurance Services division.

Being an experienced, motivated and creative trainer you will be responsible for the design and delivery of foundation training to develop the skills and competencies of all staff necessary to support and drive their business forward.

You will be –
Assisting in the training needs analysis
Working in partnership with business representatives to design and deliver product, systems and soft skills foundation training.

You will have –
Experience of working in a training role ideally within a contact/ call centre environment
The drive and tenacity to own the training process
